Better staffing.
Better systems.
Better care.
How DawieLabs built TrabajoHub: a connected healthcare staffing marketplace that takes nurses and facilities beyond the job listing—from credential-aware scheduling to verified visits, billing, and earnings.
More than a place to find the next shift.
An integrated staffing operation, built around the people and rules that make healthcare assignments work.
TrabajoHub is a purpose-built healthcare staffing platform for managing the relationship between healthcare organizations that need staff and qualified professionals looking for eligible assignments. DawieLabs, the software and digital solutions brand of Qudus Elite LLC, developed its connected web, mobile and backend workflows.
Unlike a conventional job board that stops at discovery or applications, TrabajoHub is designed to follow the operational journey of a staffing transaction: facilities create approved staffing needs, nurses review and accept appropriate work, the visit is recorded and verified, and the financial workflow is reconciled.
For facilities, that means more structured scheduling, records and billing. For nurses, it means clearer shift requirements and a dedicated way to manage professional readiness, assignments and verified earnings. For administrators, it means meaningful controls across users, staffing activity and financial records.

Visit verificationHealthcare staffing is
more than finding a nurse.
The engineering problem: connect multiple operational decisions without losing oversight or mixing records across facilities, nurses and financial transactions.
- 01 / Facility governance
Staffing requests need reliable facility approval, case context and valid scheduling windows.
- 02 / Credential eligibility
Shift eligibility can depend on professional designation, licensure and current credentials.
- 03 / Multiple assignments
One shift may need multiple nurses, each with independent work and payment records.
- 04 / Verified attendance
Scheduled hours are not always the same as hours actually worked and verified.
- 05 / Financial separation
Facility invoices, nursing earnings and money paid out should not be confused.
- 06 / Administrative control
Administrators need controlled approvals, permissions and exception handling.
One connected journey.
From request to reconciliation.
The same staffing context connects discovery, eligibility, work verification and subsequent financial activity. Some steps require manual action under the documented implementation.
Approve
Facility and case approvals establish eligible staffing demand.
Publish
A facility creates a requirements-based shift or recurring series.
Qualify
Nurse profiles, credentials and terms are checked against applicable rules.
Book
An eligible nurse books or is assigned to available shift capacity.
Verify
Check-in, checkout and facility verification establish actual work.
Reconcile
Invoices, nurse earnings, wallet activity and payout workflows follow.
For healthcare facilities
Approval → Case → Schedule → Staffing coverage → Visit verification → Invoice and payment
For nurses and clinicians
Onboarding → Credentials → Eligible shifts → Booking → Check-in/out → Earnings and payout readiness
A sophisticated platform,
built around real workflows.
Five connected areas of functionality, from facility operations and credential review to verified work, payment reconciliation and platform governance.
Facility onboarding, cases and shift operations
The healthcare staffing workflow begins with structured facility demand—not an unverified, free-form job listing. Facility users work with cases, staffing needs and scheduling rules in a managed environment.
Facility account and approval controls
Facility profiles support a configurable automatic or manual approval policy. Administrators can review facility onboarding and govern who can create normal staffing activity.
Case-based staffing management
A case captures staffing context, specialties and an allowable scheduling window. Facility-created cases follow the configured approval route; approved active cases can support shift creation.
One-time and recurring shifts
Authorized facility users can create individual shifts or recurring schedules. Recurrence uses the facility time zone, and edits can target a single occurrence or this-and-future shifts.
Detailed assignment requirements
Shifts can communicate the rate offered, date and time, relevant case, designation, nursing specialty, certification and credential requirements, and other practical shift expectations.
Quick shift duplication
A duplicate-shift action prefills a new shift without incorrectly copying past assignments, visit records, statuses or identifiers.
Facility teams and delegated access
Facility administrators and team members operate with role-aware permissions, so platform administration and facility-specific work remain distinct.
Nurse marketplace, credentials and booking eligibility
TrabajoHub brings professional readiness into the booking process. Nurses are not simply presented with a list of jobs; the platform evaluates the applicable designation and credential requirements before a shift can be accepted.
Professional registration and profiles
Healthcare professionals can establish accounts, maintain profile information, identify their designation and specialties, and complete relevant onboarding steps.
Credential review and status checks
Credential workflows account for required documents and whether submitted requirements are current and approved. Missing, pending, rejected or expired requirements can prevent an ineligible booking.
Marketplace and map-based discovery
Nurses can browse available opportunities through marketplace, shift-detail and map-oriented interfaces, then review the requirements before accepting work.
Readiness indicators
The nurse experience provides visibility into profile completeness, documentation, credential review and payout setup readiness.
Nurse Terms versioning and acceptance
The system supports published Nurse Terms versions, exact-version PDF access and electronic acceptance records. Where required, acceptance of the current terms is enforced before a new shift booking.
Native mobile and deep-link flows
The Flutter mobile experience supports direct navigation to a specific shift from a link. Verified Android deep linking can preserve that destination through login, with a web fallback.
Multi-nurse assignments and electronic visit verification
TrabajoHub models staffing at the individual assignment level. That matters when one facility shift needs several professionals with different attendance, credential, billing and payment records.
Multi-nurse staffing capacity
A shift can require more than one nurse. Capacity can be partially filled while remaining open for other qualified professionals, then marked fully staffed when requirements are met.
Nurse-specific assignment records
Each accepted or administratively assigned nurse has a separate assignment lifecycle, protecting individual status, visit and payment records.
Assignment removal and replacement
Authorized administrators can manage assignments, replacements and removals without blindly transferring an earlier nurse’s work or payment state.
EVV check-in and checkout
Electronic visit verification (EVV) captures the work-visit lifecycle. The system supports check-in, checkout, exception paths and review before final completion.
Facility-side work verification
Visit information can be verified by the facility so downstream earnings and billing reference documented work rather than only a posted schedule.
Multi-nurse visit isolation
One nurse checking out does not automatically complete the entire shift while another assignment is still active.
Facility billing, reconciliation, nurse earnings and payouts
The marketplace continues after the booking. TrabajoHub connects verified work to financial records and separates what a facility owes from what an individual nurse has earned.
Two facility payment policies
Administrators can configure POST_SHIFT_INVOICE or PRE_SHIFT_PAYMENT as the global facility policy. The applicable policy is recorded with individual payment obligations.
Pre-shift funding gate
Under the pre-shift policy, each nurse assignment creates a payment obligation. The facility currently makes the Stripe payment manually, and the nurse’s check-in can be blocked until the obligation is secured.
Post-shift invoices
Under the invoice policy, work proceeds before collection. Facilities can review generated invoices and manually initiate Stripe payment after work is recorded and verified.
Assignment-level payment ledger
Statuses distinguish required, processing, secured, failed, reconciled and cancelled obligations, including cases needing a refund or additional payment.
Verified-time reconciliation
Final values can be reconciled against verified visit work, including scheduled-versus-actual differences, cancellation and replacement cases.
Nurse wallet and payout infrastructure
Verified earnings are recorded independently of facility collection. Stripe Connect readiness and transfer workflows support eligible nurse payouts, subject to verification and account requirements.
Administrative controls, reporting and scalable architecture
A healthcare staffing marketplace requires oversight in addition to attractive user screens. The platform architecture provides separate interfaces and server-side workflows for operational, financial and compliance-sensitive activities.
Role-aware administration
Super Admin, Facility Admin, Facility Team Member and Nurse experiences are separated by platform roles and permissions, with backend authorization governing sensitive operations.
Configurable operational policies
Administrators can manage facility/case approvals, staffing oversight, terms versions, applicable payment policies and other operational settings.
Notifications and communication services
The platform includes notification and email service modules for account, shift, credential and payment-related workflows, with mobile notification infrastructure where configured.
Surveys and response workflows
Survey models, question management, response capture and response viewing provide a structured foundation for operational feedback.
Reports and audit-oriented records
The administrative system includes operational/financial reporting capabilities and records linking shifts, visits, invoices, earnings and payment activity.
Connected application architecture
The platform uses a web app, Flutter mobile application, Node.js API, PostgreSQL database, Prisma data layer, Stripe integration and cloud-based deployment components.
Two payment models.
One accountable system.
TrabajoHub separates what a facility owes from what an individual nurse earns, with payment obligations tracked at assignment level and reconciled against verified work.
Pre-Shift Payment
Funding is required for an applicable assignment before the nurse starts work.
- Assignment creates an estimated payment obligation
- Facility manually initiates Stripe payment
- Successful funding can unlock eligible check-in
- Verified work can trigger final reconciliation
Post-Shift Invoice
The facility is billed after work has been completed and verified.
- Eligible shifts proceed without pre-shift payment
- EVV and facility verification establish actual work
- Facility reviews its invoice in Manage Billing
- Facility manually initiates Stripe invoice payment

TrabajoHub FAQ.
What makes the platform different from a conventional job board, how the technology handles work and where its documented rollout stood in October 2026.
What is TrabajoHub?
TrabajoHub is a healthcare staffing marketplace and operations platform that connects facility staffing requests with eligible nurses. Its workflow extends from facility and case approvals through shift booking, verified visits, billing and nurse earnings.
Is TrabajoHub simply a nursing job board?
No. A basic job board may end at a listing or application. TrabajoHub also supports credential-based booking rules, staffing capacity, nurse-specific assignments, EVV check-in and checkout, financial reconciliation and administrative governance.
Can a single shift include more than one nurse?
Yes. A shift can support multiple nurse assignments, each with an independent record. Partially filled shifts can remain available until the required staffing capacity is reached.
How does TrabajoHub check nurse eligibility?
When a nurse attempts to book, the platform checks the nurse account, professional designation and applicable required credentials. Depending on the requirements, missing, pending, rejected or expired documents can prevent booking.
How are worked hours verified?
Nurses use electronic visit verification check-in and checkout flows. The system tracks visit lifecycle information and supports facility review, which can then inform nurse earnings and facility billing.
What payment methods does the platform support?
The documented implementation supports manual Stripe payments for pre-shift funding obligations and post-shift invoices. Saved facility cards and fully automatic pre-shift charging were documented as planned enhancements, not as already deployed features.
Does TrabajoHub include a mobile app?
The product includes a Flutter mobile application and Android deep-link workflows. At the time of the October 2026 project documentation, an Android release had been submitted for store review, while iOS release preparations still had external account and verification dependencies.
Who developed TrabajoHub?
The documented development and handover work was carried out by DawieLabs, a DBA of Qudus Elite LLC. TrabajoHub is a client-facing healthcare staffing software project; development does not make Qudus Elite the staffing agency or operator.
